Facility Assurances
Recognizing that our clients rely upon us 24/7, we have equipped the H-LINK Communication Center with the most advanced infrastructure of technology, software and redundancy systems to ensure our service remains on-line and accessible.
Automatic Call Distribution and Traffic Monitoring System
A multi-chassis automatic call distribution platform serves as the gateway to proficiently process incoming calls, monitor call traffic and appropriately adjust staffing levels.
Phone Service Redundancy
Phone service is provided by three separate carriers and is configured through separate pathways ensuring continuous access and connectivity.
Automatic Power Back-up and Transfer
The H-LINK Communication Center is equipped with a self-generating power capability to ensure service remains on-line and accessible in the event public utility service is compromised. This multi-tiered system consists of dual power supplies at the telephone switch, independent UPS at each server and a long-term diesel powered generator.
Telephone Line Monitor
To ensure incoming phone lines are accessible, H-LINK utilizes line monitors to detect and notify personnel when an incoming phone line is inoperable.
Event & Audio Recording
All phone interactions are automatically recorded and digitally archived for quality assurance and review.
Dual Monitoring Centers
AMAC maintains two centers in distinct geographic locations ensuring our medical monitoring service remains accessible in the unlikely event of a natural disaster at the primary location.
Multilingual Capability
H-LINK maintains 24/7 bilingual staff to meet the diverse needs of our providers and their patients. In addition to English and Spanish contact agents, we utilize TeleInterpreters to make it possible for every patient to communicate.
