At the nucleus of the Circle of Care is our H-LINK Call Center, a centralized network of information systems that provide the framework for our operators to respond effectively and efficiently to subscriber signals.
AMAC's operators are trained in accordance with emergency response protocols to assist in minimizing the trauma of emergencies and coordinate the delivery of care as needed.
Understanding that subscribers rely on us 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, our H-LINK Call Center is equipped with built-in facility assurances to ensure our service remains on line.
